LoungeQ provides coworking spaces and virtual office services as described on our website. We do not offer additional services such as event space rental or meeting room bookings.

- There are no age restrictions for using our services.
- Users are not required to create an account to book our services.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
- Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, online transactions, and UPI transactions.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy: Customers must provide a one-month notice for cancellations. Refunds will be processed in accordance with this notice period.
5. Use of Facilities
Users must adhere to the following rules while using our coworking spaces:
- Prohibited Conduct: Smoking, drinking, and any activities that cause hazard or nuisance to the environment are strictly prohibited.
- Legal Compliance: All illegal activities as per Indian law are strictly prohibited.
- Access Hours: Users have 24-hour access to the facility.

- LoungeQ does not currently limit liability for service interruptions or damages.
- No disclaimers apply for third-party services such as WiFi or partner-provided services at this time.

LoungeQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following conditions:
- Violation of any of the rules outlined in Section 5.
- Engagement in illegal activities.
- Service termination is at the complete discretion of LoungeQ.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- All legal disputes will be governed by the laws of Kerala, India.
- Any disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion before considering legal action.
